Where is the best neighborhood for Christmas light displays in the SF Bay Area peninsula?
I want to take my girlfriend out to a place that has a really nice array of houses full of Christmas spirit in decorating their houses. I think there was a neighborhood in Hillsborough that had a lot of these type of houses all next to each other. They even got free electricity every December because of it. If anybody can find me such a place, I would be extremely grateful.
Lights of the Valley is a website that has photos of lots of houses. And the Mercky News has an interactive map.
Hillsborough has very beautiful homes, so that adds to the ambiance, but I’ve never heard they get free electricity.
